Executive Reports: President Report: Amanda Dunbar ● Welcome

Secretary Report: Cherie Piland ● Approve Minutes from the previous meeting - November open meeting was canceled. Minutes from October open meeting was approved (vote 5/5). Treasurer’s Report: Tiffany Eskew ● Current bank balance - Current Boosters available balance $18,807.29.

Committee Reports:

● Dine & Donate1/5 Play & Donate @ Epicenter w/Mattie-Brooks PTA & Cali PTA, 1/14 KIN - funds raised will go to AVID.

● Color Run- 3/14

● See’s Candy

Other:

● Grinch VS Elf Hot Cocoa- 12/18 during lunch for all grades

● Teddy’s Birthday- 12/12 Boosters get him a gift?

● WMS Showcase- 1/21
